The Quality Administrator will be required to provide day to day quality system and administrative support within the Quality function of the HSEQ department

Maintenance of company management system, including monitoring and progressing of change requests

Preparation of process maps

Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to management

Prepare document transmittals to accompany outward documentation

Coordination and maintenance of the documentation held in the Info hub

Providing advice to users of the management systems

Maintain company internal audit schedule

Maintain registers of all internal & project audit reports, 3rd Party Surveillance Reports, 2nd party audits corrective actions, complaints and improvements

Preparation Quality statistics as and when required

Maintaining the approved auditors list

Archiving of HSEQ records as appropriate

Arranging meetings and minute taking

Coordination of Quality related training and awareness sessions and records.

Purchasing administration for the HSEQ team

General administration duties as required for Quality function.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience within a similar role in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Possess excellent organizational skills

Working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable

A good awareness of internal auditing procedures would be advantageous
