We are currently looking for a part-time Administrator/Receptionist for an extremely exciting opportunity based in Mintlaw. This is initially a 4 month contract but could be extended thereafter. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the team, as well as being the first point of contact for the company, answering telephone calls and email enquiries.

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          To assist the team with administrative tasks

-          To handle enquiries in person, online and by phone

-          Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls

-          To assist with enquiries from volunteers and organisations and signpost as appropriate

-          To process and issue volunteering/learning awards and update records accordingly

-          To assist with provision of training course materials and bookings

To prepare and maintain records and reports
