Our client, an established Oil and Gas client based North of Aberdeen, is currently recruiting for a Rope Access Administrator on a 2 month temporary contract to start as soon as possible. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Creation and maintenance of data records in SAP, including adding new equipment and processing all movements in and out.

  • Raising Purchase Requisitions for new materials, equipment or inspection services.

  • Creation and maintenance of information in Excel spreadsheets.

  • Scanning and filing of equipment certificates and other supporting documents.

  • Provide general administrative support to the rope access team as required.

  • Any other related activities in support of the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Previous experience with SAP

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisation skills

  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
